The Nordic Cycle
Three thermal stations, in the order they were meant to be used.
Begin in the cedar sauna, move to the cold plunge, then settle into the hot tub outdoors with the peaks beyond. The sequence follows a protocol backed by twenty years of Finnish cohort research, in a spa designed for silence. Your protocol card is waiting at check-in.
Sauna

Heat shock proteins. Cardiovascular training load. Endorphin release.
Cold plunge
10–15°C · 60–90 sec
Norepinephrine surge. Anti-inflammatory response. Cold adaptation.
Hot tub
38–40°C · 10–15 min
Parasympathetic recovery. Joint decompression. Full consolidation.
The service
Every stay comes with a concierge.
The house is half of it. Tell the concierge the occasion, and the rest is arranged before you land.

A chef in your kitchen for one dinner or the whole stay, menus written to the group and the season.
In-home massage
Registered massage therapists come to the house. A treatment before the Nordic spa is the right order.
Private guides and tours
Hikes, canyon ice walks, lake mornings, wildlife drives. Private guides, planned around your group, from the front door.
Tee times
Silvertip is minutes from the door. The concierge arranges priority tee times there and across the valley.
Packages and occasions
Weddings, milestone birthdays, offsites, and wellness weekends, built with the concierge before you arrive.
On call, from arrival to departure
A team on call for the length of your stay, from arrival to the last departure.
Above the Bow Valley
The quiet side of the Rockies.
Four and a half million people visited Banff National Park last year. Almost none of them ended the day the way you will: in a private Nordic spa above the Bow Valley, with the Three Sisters going pink across the water.
Come back through Silvertip as the light drops, and the sauna is already warm. The house opens for stays in August 2026.

Serenity Point, answered.
How many people does Serenity Point sleep?
Up to fourteen guests across six bedrooms and seven bathrooms: five bedrooms with king beds, and a family room with two bunk beds that sleeps four. Fourteen is the standard overnight configuration; for weddings and larger gatherings the house takes more, arranged on request. The whole house is yours for the length of the stay.
Is the house good for children?
Yes. The family room, with two bunk beds, is where the kids tend to land, and the whole-house booking means your group sets its own hours.
Where is Serenity Point?
Mountain Tranquility Place in Silvertip, Canmore, above the Bow Valley. Banff is about twenty-five minutes west; Calgary International Airport is about an hour east along the Trans-Canada.
When can I stay?
Serenity Point opens for stays in August 2026. You can request dates now and the team will confirm availability.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most stays run a three-night minimum, and holiday weeks run longer. Tell us your dates and the team will confirm what is possible.
What is the Nordic circuit?
A cedar sauna and cold plunge indoors, and a hot tub outdoors with the peaks beyond, used in the Finnish order: heat, cold, rest. Guests receive the protocol card at check-in. The research behind the protocol is at The Nordic Cycle.
What service comes with the house?
Full guest services with a concierge team on call for the length of your stay, from arrival to the last departure. A private chef, catering, and event services can be arranged on request.
Can we hold a wedding or a celebration there?
Yes. The whole-house buyout is the venue: the ceremony in the great room or on the decks, the party staying under one roof from the rehearsal to the morning after. Celebrations beyond the overnight fourteen are arranged case by case. Start with the mountain wedding guide.
Is it set up for a corporate offsite?
Yes. WiFi throughout, room to meet, a full gym and space for morning yoga, and the Nordic spa for the end of the day. Midweek dates are often the easiest to hold. The offsite guide covers the logistics.
How is the skiing?
Three resorts are within about an hour: Mt Norquay, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise, plus Nakiska in Kananaskis Country.
What is there to do in summer?
The 18-hole Silvertip course is minutes from the door. Banff, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake are day trips, and the Bow Valley trails start close to town.
Are pets allowed? Can we smoke?
No pets and no smoking. It keeps the house ready for every group that follows.
How do we book?
Tell us your dates and party size through the form on this page. The Luxara team will come back with availability and rates. Travel advisors and planners are welcome to ask about the partner program.
What does it cost?
The opening summer runs from $5,500 CAD a night, whole house. Rates move with the season: holiday weeks run higher, and a handful of quiet weeks sit lower. Share your dates and group size and the team will send an exact quote.
