Practical information about staying, co-ownership and investing with Luxara.
What is Luxara?
Luxara is a private Canadian real estate platform. We acquire trophy properties and structure them across three product lines: Capital (single-asset limited partnership investment, for accredited investors), Estates (deeded co-ownership with points-based use), and Reserve (direct booking of stays).
Can I just stay without owning?
Yes. Every Luxara residence can be booked directly. Browse the residences and check availability for your dates.
Is the whole house mine?
Yes. The whole house is yours for the length of the stay. There is no shared occupancy and no day access.
What support is there during a stay?
Guest services and concierge are on call for the length of the stay, from arrival to the last departure. Nobody is stationed at the house.
How does co-ownership work?
A Luxara Estates share is equity in a single named property, held through a Canadian limited partnership. Owners receive scheduled time in the residence each year, and the property is operated professionally between stays.
How is this different from a timeshare?
A timeshare sells you time. Estates sells you equity in one named property, with a defined transfer pathway. The structural comparison is set out here.
What are the benefits of co-ownership?
Real equity in a named property, scheduled owner time each year, professional operations between stays, and participation in the property’s economics. Unused time can be placed in the rental programme.
Can I transfer or exit my ownership?
A defined transfer pathway forms part of the structure. It is an owner-initiated resale at independently appraised fair market value, not a redemption right.
What is the investment opportunity?
Luxara Capital structures single-asset Canadian limited partnerships for accredited investors: one property, one LP, published terms before the conversation. See the current offering.
Who can invest?
Capital offerings are available to accredited investors under NI 45-106. Speak with the team about eligibility for your circumstances.
How is the investment governed?
Structure, rights and responsibilities, decision-making and transparency are set out on the governance page.
How do I get started?
Review the materials first, then speak with the team. Get in touch when you are ready.
