LUXARA/Reserve is the direct-booking side of the platform. Each property is owned and operated by Luxara, so you book with the team that runs the house - no listing fees and no third-party platform between you and the people on the ground. Vista Bahia has hosted guests on the Pacific coast of Guanacaste, Costa Rica since 2022, with four ocean-facing bedrooms and an infinity pool in its own pool house above the main house. Serenity Point, a six-bedroom estate in Canmore, Alberta, opens for stays in August 2026 with a Nordic thermal circuit built around two decades of Finnish sauna research.
Each home suits the same occasions: weddings, family reunions, corporate and wellness retreats, and longer private stays where the whole group lives under one roof. Current rates and availability are listed on each property page.
